One inbox, read by the right person on the team. No contact form to fill out — just write to us directly.
One address for everything
Travelguidess runs on a single inbox: Contact@travelguidess.com. We don't split incoming mail across a dozen department aliases that quietly go unread — every message lands in the same place, gets read by someone on the editorial desk within a day or two, and gets routed to whoever's actually responsible for the answer. If you're not sure who handles what, that's fine. Send it to Contact@travelguidess.com and we'll sort it out on our end rather than asking you to guess the right team first.
Editorial corrections and fact-checks
Airline policies, hotel cancellation terms, and platform fee structures change more often than most review sites admit. If you've booked something we've covered and the details on the page don't match what you experienced — a fare that's no longer available, a checked-bag allowance that's changed, a loyalty program that's been restructured — tell us. We log corrections with a dated note rather than editing the original number silently, and we'd rather hear about a discrepancy from a reader who just booked the route than catch it three months later on our next testing pass. Include the article URL and what you're seeing, and we'll take a look.
Advertising and partnership inquiries
We work with a limited number of affiliate programs and booking partners, and we vet every one of them before publishing under an existing review. If you represent an airline, hotel group, booking platform, or travel tool and want to talk about a partnership, write in with a short summary of what you're proposing — which routes, regions, or product you'd want covered, and what the commercial terms look like. We're upfront that we don't accept terms requiring a minimum score, guaranteed placement, or editorial approval rights over a review before it publishes. If that's a dealbreaker for your program, it's worth knowing before either of us spends time on a call.
Press, research, and data requests
Journalists, students, and researchers occasionally ask for the data behind a comparison — fare-tracking logs, on-time rate sources, or the testing dates behind a specific score. We're generally happy to share methodology details and point you to the public sources we cross-check against, and to explain how a specific number was calculated if a figure needs attributing correctly in a piece you're writing. For anything more involved, tell us what you're working on and your deadline, and we'll let you know what we can realistically put together in that window — sometimes it's a quick reply, sometimes it takes a week to pull the underlying tracking data into something usable.
Questions about a specific review
If something in a review doesn't make sense, or you want to know why we scored one airline or platform differently from a competitor with a similar spec sheet, that's a normal question and we don't mind explaining the reasoning. It usually comes down to something that didn't fit cleanly into a comparison table — a boarding process, a support response time, a cancellation policy's fine print — so ask, and we'll point you to what actually drove the difference.
What we can't help with
We're a review and comparison site, not a travel agency or the airline, hotel, or platform itself. We don't have access to your booking, can't process a refund or itinerary change, and can't override a fare rule on your ticket. If something's gone wrong with an actual reservation, the airline's, hotel's, or platform's own customer service will always be faster than we can be — we're not part of that transaction and don't have visibility into your confirmation. What we can do is tell you whether what you're experiencing matches what we found in testing, and whether it's worth escalating on your end.
How long a reply takes
Most messages get a reply within two business days. Correction requests move faster, usually within the same week, since we'd rather have the page accurate than technically first. If you haven't heard back after a week, it's worth sending a follow-up — inboxes lose things occasionally, and we'd rather you nudge us than assume we ignored it.
However you're reaching out, the address is the same: Contact@travelguidess.com. We read all of it.
